Idea about Blog

Wake up today, I will beginning make blog about Chinese food, I am very interest and missing Chinese cooking when I was studding in the UK, so in here building this blog the aim is to help some people who want to make Chinese food, and understand Chinese cooking culture, to improve Chinese food in the world status, to give people advice if you want to cook Chinese foods need to care about some details, to introduce Chinese festival story make people understand festival food source.
In the next time, I will use blog to make Chinese cook include：
1. What Chinese people in home will cook common Chinese food? Especially I will introduce some Chinese festival food, because Chinese festival is different to other country, if you are so interesting about Chinese local customs, might be help you.
2. I will use some video to show how to cook Chinese food, if you want to learn Chinese food might be help you.
3. I will write some story to tell people why the Chinese origin cooking becomes mysterious.
4. Compare between Chinese foods and other famous counties foods.
